Shipping and delivery
Below we inform you about the shipping costs, delivery times and delivery areas of MA Classic Parts UG (haftungsbeschränkt). The shipping costs and shipping options applicable to your order will be shown to you bindingly in the shopping cart and at checkout before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT.
- Germany: €6.99 per order (shipping with DHL)
- European Union countries: €19.99 per order
- International shipping (outside the EU): €39.99 per order
Bulky goods: Separate shipping costs for bulky goods apply to bulky or particularly heavy items. If your order contains other items, the shipping costs mentioned above will be charged for these. Which shipping costs apply to your order will be shown to you bindingly at checkout before placing the order.
- Bulky goods (e.g. bumpers, rims and rim sets, doors, fenders, hoods, trunk lids): Germany €99.99, EU €199.99, international €399.99
- Bulky body kit parts (e.g. front and rear valances, complete body kits): Germany €299.99, EU €349.99, international €539.99
Digital products (e.g. TÜV reports as PDF downloads) are not shipped physically; therefore, no shipping costs apply. The download link will be provided to you by email or on the order confirmation page after receipt of payment.
Services (wood restoration, conversions, custom-made items): The costs for returning the processed parts are stated in the individual quote or order confirmation.
Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the following applies:
- Stock items: Shipping within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment (for advance payment) or after conclusion of the contract (for all other payment methods).
- Made to order (e.g. 3D-printed reproductions): an additional 7–10 business days production time before shipping.
In addition to the processing or production time, the transit time of the shipping service provider applies:
- Germany (DHL): approx. 3–5 business days
- EU countries: approx. 5–7 business days
- Countries outside the EU: approx. 7–14 business days
The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting credit institution for payment by advance payment, and on the day after the conclusion of the contract for all other payment methods. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next business day.
If you order several items with different delivery times, we usually ship the order together as soon as all items are available, unless otherwise agreed.
For international shipments, delays may occur due to customs clearance or seasonal capacity issues of the shipping service providers.
Delivery Area and Delivery Restrictions
We deliver to all countries that can be selected as the delivery country at checkout. If your destination country is not selectable, please contact us before placing the order at info@ma-classic-parts.com.
Delivery is made via shipping. Alternatively, you can select free collection at Dinklager Str. 1a, 49635 Badbergen at checkout. Collection is only possible after prior appointment: We will inform you by email as soon as your order is ready for collection, and then arrange a collection appointment with you. Payment is also made at collection via the payment method selected at checkout; cash payment on site is not provided for. Delivery to parcel lockers is not provided.
Customs Duties and Import Charges
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are to be paid by the buyer to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please inquire in advance with the authorities in your country about possible additional costs.
