Cancellation policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal subject to the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their trade or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days

  • for a contract for the purchase of goods from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods; in the case of several goods delivered separately under a single order, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good;
  • for a contract for the provision of services (e.g. restoration and conversion work) from the day the contract was concluded;
  • for a contract for the provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. PDF downloads) from the day the contract was concluded.

by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the "Withdraw from contract" button at https://www.ma-classic-parts.com/pages/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will immediately provide you with an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event by the end of fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund.

For goods, the following also applies: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event by the end of fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be normally returned by post due to their nature (bulky goods), the costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 100 (within Germany).

You only have to bear any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is not due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, characteristics and functioning.

For services, the following also applies: If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided under the contract.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-made and for whose manufacture an individual choice or specification by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). This applies, for example, to parts made to your individual dimensions, color or design specifications. Items from our range that are merely manufactured for the first time after ordering in the offered standard version (e.g. 3D-printed reproductions without individual specifications) are not covered by this.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the provision of services (e.g. restoration, refurbishment and conversion work on parts provided by you) if we have fully performed the service and have only begun performance after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us (§ 356 para. 4 BGB).

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. TÜV reports as PDF downloads) if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, you have confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal by your consent with the start of performance of the contract, and we have provided you with a confirmation pursuant to § 312f BGB (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).

Submit withdrawal online

You can also withdraw from your contract directly online: Withdraw from contract. There, enter your name, your order number and your email address and confirm the withdrawal via the "Confirm withdrawal" button. You will then immediately receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email containing the content of your withdrawal statement as well as the date and time of receipt.
