Refund policy

This English version is provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version shall prevail.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days

  • in the case of a sales contract for goods, from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take possession of the goods; in the case of several goods ordered in one single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take possession of the last good;
  • in the case of a service contract (e.g. restoration and conversion work), from the day the contract is concluded;
  • in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. PDF downloads), from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” button at https://www.ma-classic-parts.com/en/pages/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

For goods, the following also applies: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (bulky goods), the costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 100 (within Germany).

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For services, the following also applies: If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g (2) no. 1 German Civil Code – BGB). This applies, for example, to parts made to your individual dimensions, colour or design specifications. Items from our range that are merely manufactured after ordering in the standard version offered (e.g. 3D-printed reproductions without individual specifications) are not covered by this exclusion.

In the case of service contracts (e.g. restoration, refurbishment and conversion work on parts provided by you), the right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract (Section 356 (4) BGB).

In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. TÜV expert reports as a PDF download), the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation pursuant to Section 312f BGB (Section 356 (5) BGB).

Declare your withdrawal online

You can also withdraw from your contract directly online: Withdraw from contract. Enter your name, your order number and your email address there and confirm the withdrawal using the “Confirm withdrawal” button. You will then immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email containing your declaration of withdrawal and the date and time of receipt.
